Whether you're looking for a striker, winger, midfielder, defender, full-back, or goalkeeper, FM 23 is full of talented youngsters destined to become world stars of the sport.

Thankfully, we've done the scouting so you don't have to. With ages ranging between 15 and 21, the players we've found are the best and brightest wonderkids in the game. While it's likely not all of them will make it to superstar status in the real world, we'd argue that each and every one of them is worth signing in FM 23.
